Jagwire warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years after original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through the retailer where the bicycle or the Jagwire product was purchased. This warranty does not apply to products that have not been correctly installed, adjusted or maintained, products that have been raced, crashed, or modified.

The Magicshine lighting system is warrantied for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you register the lighting system on the Magicshine Website you will receive a bonus 6 month warranty. Battery packs and AC adapters have a 12-month warranty, and integrated batteries have a 24-month warranty, these items are not eligible for the bonus warranty.

The warranty is limited to defects in material and workmanship on the lighting system itself, the battery pack and the AC adapter. The warranty is only valid if the affected parts have not been tampered with and there is no intentional damage.

LTP only processes Maxxis warranties for tires purchased aftermarket directly from ourselves. OE tire warranties need to be submitted directly through Maxxis.

Please go through your place of purchase, or your closest Norco dealer, should you need to submit a warranty for any Norco product.
