What You'll Do
Creative Development
- Lead visual concepting for brand moments, campaigns and key product launches
- Contribute to the evolution of Norco's visual identity and creative direction
- Develop moodboards, concept decks and visual narratives that elevate the brand globally
- Translate strategy and brand positioning into standout creative ideas
- Create hero assets, key visuals and high-impact social/digital concepts
Design Execution
- Design across digital and print: social, web, campaign assets, launch creative, ads, packaging and event materials
- Work with the Creative Lead to turn concepts into scalable toolkits
- Guide Production Designer on adaptations, scaling and rollout
Content & Production
- Collaborate with photographers and filmmakers on shoots
- Support creative direction on photo/video sets when needed
- Help ensure content reflects Norco's brand tone, visual identity and campaign goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing, Digital, Sales and Sports Marketing
- Support Norco Race Division creative (hero moments, athlete content, race visuals)
- Bring strong creative thinking to internal briefs and workshops
Applicant Should Possess:
Creative & Conceptual Strength
- 3–6 years of design experience, ideally in brand, creative agency or in-house creative roles
- A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, strong visual storytelling and clean execution
- Ability to turn loose ideas into clear, compelling creative directions
- Understanding of global brand aesthetics and modern outdoor/sport design trends
Design Craft
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; motion or XD/Figma is a plus)

Photo/Video & Content

Key Responsibilities:
The Warranty Technician will provide Norco and E-Bike focused customer service and technical support to Dealers and Sales Reps via the phone, e-mail and online channels, to ensure product warranties, service, and inquiries are answered in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond in a timely, professional, and positive manner to all forms of inquiries regarding Norco and Live to Play Sports products and services, including but not limited to, product availability inquiries, product information, shipping status, warranty/returns, etc.
- Focused support for Norco retailers via all Norco support channels including phone, email, and Zendesk ticketing system.
- Provide technical support and perform technical service on all Norco bike models and bicycle components and accessories, including - but not limited to – drivetrain, suspension forks, rear shocks, hydraulic brakes, seat posts, wheels, indoor trainers, bicycle computers, tools, and car racks.

Key Responsibilities:
The Full-Stack Developer strengthens Live to Play Sports / Norco Bikes' internal development capacity and delivers the systems our dealers and business teams depend on. Working across the back-end and front-end of our software landscape, you will build and maintain features, reduce development backlog, and cross-train on our core ERP platform. This role reports to the Business Operations & Technology Manager, and works under the technical direction of the Tech Lead, following the architecture, coding, and code-review standards they set. As our systems are live, business-critical platforms our dealers use daily, this role balances new development with real-time support and maintenance in a production environment.
Role and Responsibilities
· Develop, maintain, and update the B2B eCommerce website and internal tools alongside front-end and back-end developers.
· Cross-train with the back-end developer on Progress OpenEdge / ABL (MXP) ERP work to support ERP maintenance and development.
· Work through the development request backlog, clearing and managing tickets.
· Help reduce outsourcing dependency over time as internal capacity grows.
· Contribute to regression testing and QA processes.

Required Qualifications
Back-End
