Rider & Dealer Support Representative
Location: Australia

About the Role
The Rider & Dealer Support Representative is the go-to contact for Norco Australia's dealers and Outside Sales Reps, delivering best-in-industry service and standout after-sales support. We're looking for an outgoing person with strong bike knowledge who enjoys solving problems and keeping riders on their bikes.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional dealer & rider support — Process dealer warranty claims in line with Norco guidelines, provide timely and professional responses to dealer and consumer enquiries, and ensure riders are returned to their bikes as quickly as possible while maintaining a positive Norco experience.
- Strengthen dealer relationships & sales alignment — Maintain strong, proactive relationships with Norco Australia's dealer network through daily communication with Outside Sales Reps, regular territory updates, and ongoing support that helps meet dealer needs and drive sales outcomes.
- Proactively manage orders, quality & logistics issues — Actively review open orders and reports, escalate recurring quality-control issues to the Rider Support team in Canada and internal stakeholders, and work closely with Operations to resolve shipping, stock-availability and delivery challenges.
- Support warehouse, technical & warranty operations — Receive, pick, pack, invoice and dispatch warranty and small-parts orders from the Brisbane warehouse, while also providing hands-on technical support including troubleshooting, repairs and bike builds as required.
Applicant Should Possess:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the bicycle industry
- Bicycle mechanic and e-bike experience preferred
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Norco products or the cycling industry highly regarded
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Intermediate Accountant
Location: Port Coquitlam Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
The Intermediate Accountant applies sound accounting knowledge and analytical skills to support the preparation and analysis of financial reports. This role is responsible for day-to-day general accounting activities and assists in ensuring the accuracy of the company's financial records and transactions.
This role works under the guidance of senior accounting staff and plays a key role in month-end and year-end processes within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Role and Responsibilities- Perform weekly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheet items including intercompany transactions and reconciliations, ensuring seamless transfers between accounts
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile Inventory, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Prepare accurate accounting reports and supporting schedules, including multi-currency data, in accordance with established timelines
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal management reports
- Analyze financial information and identify variances or trends for review by senior finance staff
- Support year-end assurance audits and assist with tax filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Assist with documenting business processes and maintaining accounting policies and procedures
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounting function
- Ensure accounting activities comply with ASPE and internal controls
- Ensure timely month-end close processes, adhering to tight deadlines
- Collaborate with other departments to review and post transactions appropriately
Applicant Should Possess:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field
- CPA designation in progress or intention to pursue is preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting environment
- Experience with general ledger functions and month-end close processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup functions and pivot tables
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks; MXP experience is an asset

Inside Sales Rep
Location: Etobicoke - Remote
Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for a high performing Inside Sales Rep to join our team and help ensure LTP's dealers and Outside Sales Reps are supported with best-in-industry service. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all the day-to-day operations in your territory, from staying in touch with dealers and providing top-notch service, to creating reports and making sure all customer order needs are met. This role will additionally be integral to supporting LTP's French-language customers. If you're a people person who loves keeping things organized, this is the job for you!

Outside Sales Rep
Location: Greater Edmonton
Key Responsibilities:
The Outside Sales Rep builds relationships with current dealers and cultivates future dealers within their territory. They are the face of the company and work to drive their business.
Reporting directly to Regional Sales Manager, this position requires extensive travel within designated region to drive sales and achieve sales targets in all brand categories.
Role and Responsibilities- Grow sales and brand representation within assigned territory to achieve sales targets
- Manage all aspects of dealer business in terms of sales, sales training, merchandising, POP
- Establish and maintain effective dealer relationships
- Seek out and establish new sales opportunities
- Forecast territory sales to support planning and activities
- Coordinate and present product knowledge seminars on company products
- Organize special events with dealers and with internal events team where required
- Actively manage call schedule to ensure assigned territory is covered in a timely manner
- Facilitate the credit process including credit limits
- Respond to requests from sales, credit and merchandising
- Follow up with warranty and service issues
- Review pricing on program price sheets, and report any changes
- Review sales by category for all key partners, and discuss with dealer
- Follow-up with support of inside sales associate

What You'll Do
Creative Development
- Lead visual concepting for brand moments, campaigns and key product launches

Design Execution

Content & Production
- Collaborate with photographers and filmmakers on shoots

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing, Digital, Sales and Sports Marketing
- Support Norco Race Division creative (hero moments, athlete content, race visuals)
- Bring strong creative thinking to internal briefs and workshops
Applicant Should Possess:
Creative & Conceptual Strength
- 3–6 years of design experience, ideally in brand, creative agency or in-house creative roles
- A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, strong visual storytelling and clean execution
- Ability to turn loose ideas into clear, compelling creative directions
- Understanding of global brand aesthetics and modern outdoor/sport design trends
Design Craft
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; motion or XD/Figma is a plus)
- Strong typography, composition, layout and colour sense
- Experience building campaign creative, key art, or visual identity systems
Photo/Video & Content
- Experience participating in or supporting photo/video shoots
