Sprint bike work stand a top tool choice in Road Magazine

Feedback Sports’ repair stand ranks with gear by Shimano, Ritchey, and Michelin

Sprint bike repair stand in Road magazine December/January 2013

Road Magazine gear editor Al Johnson thinks the portable Sprint bicycle repair stand by Feedback Sports is “one of the  most functional” he’s seen in a long time.

Johnson selected  the fork mount-style stand as one of the top gear choices for 2013, along with Shimano’s Dura Ace grupo, Ritchey’s carbon stem, and Michelin’s PRO4 tires:

“I prefer fork-mounted stands for their stability, and the Sprint is one of the best I’ve seen. The triangular base gives it plenty of stability, even when you’re putting all your weight into loosening your pedals. The main axis is easily adjusted for height and has some key features. A block raises the bottom bracket off the stand, so those with Di2 batteries tucked away won’t have a clearance issue.

“Also, the mount itself slides smoothly, so moving from bike to bike is super easy. All the levers actuage smoothly and have a secure feel. The unit folds up into a small package, and since it weighs in at only 13 pounds, it can easily be transported.”
