Winter riding isn’t just for snowboarders

If you’re south of the border December 8 and 9th, head down to the Winter Bike Expo in Minneapolis, Minnesota and try on some new Lazer helmets.

Expo organizers say their mission is “to offer a venue for cyclists of all persuasions to celebrate the onset of winter riding.” The expo offers everything from cycling-specific outerwear to test rides on the newest generation of fat tire “fatbikes”. Experts from across all cycling disciplines will present seminars on winter bike camping, cutting-edge cycling outerwear, and winter commuting.
