Lazer’s Autofit system simply slips on and will automatically tighten itself around your head for an optimal fit each and every time. This makes adjusting the Beam a breeze. A 16-vent design allows for maximum airflow on hot days, keeping the rider cool. Comes in black, gray, brown, neon yellow, and white. MSRP $60 CAD.

Buyer’s Guide 2014 – MTB Helmets: Lazer Ultrax
Lazer launched the Ultrax late last season as its new mid-range all-mountain helmet. There is no fussing around with adjusting this helmet because it features the company’s spring-loaded Autofit retention system. It has 23 vents, which provide ample breathability to help avoid overheating on the trails. It comes equipped with a rear reflector and a rechargeable USB LED blinking light (with USB cable) for extra visibility and safety in low-light condition. MSRP $120 CAD.
