Velo Select reveals 2014 team kits, sponsors and itinerary
February 10, 2014 – Ste. Martine, Quebec- The Velo Select U23 Cycling Team is proud to announce their partners for the upcoming season and unveils the 2014 team kits sporting their new sponsors and new logo design.
Velo Select 2014
Maxxis returns for it’s third year and is joined by Groupe Levasse as major sponsors to the team. The 2014 squad will be riding Argon-18 Gallium bikes and wearing newly designed high performance kits provided by La Corsa.
2014 sponsors include CIBC Wood Gundy, K-Edge, UNIK1, Polar, Live to Play Sports, Lazer Helmets, Minoura, Motorex, Chamois Butt’r, Arundel, Thalassa, Bakery on Main and Desjardins Assurance.
Returning riders are: Fabien Parent, Laurent Levasseur, Miguel Lukaszewicz, Shawn Turcotte, Wil Etherington.
New riders for 2014 are: Edouard Dumas Longpre, Etienne Moreau, Jules Cusson-Fradet, Marc-Antoine Noel, and Felix Cote Bouvette (guest rider for the Tour de Beauce). All riders and backgrounds are listed on the team blog: //veloselect.blogspot.ca
Team Operations
The team operations remain the same with Czeslaw Lukaszewicz taking on the role of directeur sportif and team coach and Lyall Beattie acting as team manager.
