We recognize the benefits of biking have far reaching societal implications that span from improving physical and mental health, to decreasing environmental impact. We believe that biking can genuinely increase happiness!<\/p>\n<p>As such, we are launching a new blog category to share stories to inspire more people to embrace cycling. We will spread news about biking in Canadian communities, compelling individual cyclists\u2019 stories, health benefits of biking and much more.
