Accessible only by float plane (or a VERY long ride), the Chilcotins remain a venue for multi-day expeditions, where bikes, equipment, and sometimes riders are pushed to their limits. The reward is a chance to ride soaring peaks, lush wildflower-filled valleys, and seemingly endless singletrack descents. With so little traffic, there is a unique peacefulness to the area, and riding here reinforces bonds of friendship.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Cv9q-HyujTI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In rugged areas like the Chilcotins, proper planning and packing is key. Weather can change suddenly and dramatically, so our riders had to be prepared for a wide range of conditions.
